Reseller Panel Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the ROJA IPTV Reseller Panel, owned and operated by ROJA DIGITAL in Tamil Nadu, India.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing and using the ROJA IPTV Reseller Panel, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Panel.

2. Description of Service

The Reseller Panel allows registered resellers to create and manage user accounts under their own panel. Each reseller’s panel comes with a fixed number of user IDs, determined by the chosen plan.

3. Authorized Use

The Panel is provided strictly for use by the registered reseller to whom it was issued. Sharing, selling, or transferring your panel login or access to any third party is strictly prohibited. Violation will result in immediate suspension without refund.

4. Wallet & Payments

Resellers must top up their wallet by sending payments to ROJA DIGITAL. The wallet balance is used for renewing existing customer accounts and purchasing new user IDs. Renewal and purchase charges are fixed by the company and deducted from your wallet balance automatically.

5. Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued for wallet top-ups, user renewals, or panel misuse suspensions. All payments are final.

6. Misuse & Termination

ROJA DIGITAL reserves the right to suspend or terminate any reseller account found misusing the Panel, including but not limited to unauthorized sharing or reselling of access. Suspended accounts are not eligible for refunds.

7. Limitation of Liability

ROJA DIGITAL is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the Reseller Panel, including loss of profits or business.

8. Content Disclaimer

ROJA IPTV aggregates publicly available IPTV streams and does not host or control any content. Resellers are responsible for ensuring that their end-users comply with applicable laws.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Panel means you accept any changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
